@helenhousandi Totally agree! I started using my kitchen scale to do this… weigh out half the pasta, and half the powder, put in containers and save. Otherwise I’m like hate-eating the end of the bowl! @helenhousandi Also started using the pasta water instead of milk. And some sambal oelek. Elevate the fuck out of my boxed Kraft dinner
